Job Description/Duties: The Program Director will:

  • Consult with doctors, therapists, and medical professionals in the CCC team, as needed
  • Develop and administer social service programs for youth and families in the community

  • Supervise a team of case managers, LCSW social workers, MSW interns, and community health workers
  • This position reports directly to Clinic Director
  • This is an up-to-40 hour position, benefits-eligible
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Master of Social Work required
  • State of MA LICSW Licensure required
  • 3-5 years of outpatient therapy experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience with immigrant and refugee community preferred
  • Spanish proficiency preferred
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

We offer telehealth services and in person. Community Caring Clinic is seeking a passionate, empowering clinician to support clients within their diverse home environments utilizing the Wraparound model. Community Caring Clinic is a new behavioral health clinic located in Boston, MA, which opened in July 2019 to serve disadvantaged and disenfranchised community members in Roxbury. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for underserved children, young people, families, and individuals to promote and strengthen their mental, spiritual, and physical health. We provide individual and group counseling, psychopharmacology, and in-home services in a variety of languages. As an in-home clinician, you make a difference by providing family-driven in-home therapeutic services through the Wraparound Approach. You support the diverse and complex needs of clients and their entire family system by providing intensive weekly services, including caregiver coaching sessions and evidence-based individual and family sessions. You complete comprehensive assessments, develop a strength-based treatment plan in collaboration with the family, and assist caretakers during crisis through crisis intervention, safety planning, and communicating with Emergency Services when appropriate. You further support families through empowerment and advocacy while coordinating services with other treatment providers, including CBHI services, primary care physicians, schools. DCF, DYS, and DMH. English speaking or bilingual English/Spanish speaking or any other languages.
