CSP is available to anyone with MassHealth and BMC accepts new clients on a continuing basis.
Community Caring Clinic provides Community Support Program (CSP) that connects clients with individual caseworkers to assist with day-to-day tasks. We are open from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Applying for benefits, providing service coordination and linkage to appropriate healthcare providers
- Assisting with obtaining benefits including housing and health care, enrolling in college courses, or searching for a new affordable apartment.
