Job Description/Duties:
The Program Director will:

  • Engage in individual and group psychotherapy with a caseload of children (5-18 yr) and adults (18+ yr), including psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and case management
  • Consult with doctors, therapists, and medical professionals in the CCC team, as needed
  • Develop and administer social service programs for youth and families in the community
  • Community outreach to providers and community partners in Greater Boston area
  • Supervise a team of case managers, LCSW social workers, MSW interns, and community health workers
  • This position reports directly to Clinic Director
  • This is an up-to-40 hour position, benefits-eligible

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Master of Social Work required
  • State of MA LICSW Licensure required
  • 3-5 years of outpatient therapy experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience with immigrant and refugee community preferred
  • Spanish proficiency preferred
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Our company, Community Caring Clinic, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner per diem basis to join with our team of professionals to treat patients with different background of immigrants/refugees and low-income populations.
We offer telehealth services and in person. Our team is comprised of mental health therapist, licensed clinical psychologist, consulting psychiatrist and 4 other licensed independent clinical social workers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
  • DEA Certification (Required)
  • Master’s (Preferred)
  • Nursing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • PMHNP (Preferred)

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Psychotherapy and medication Management.

Job Overview:
The Therapeutic Mentoring Program Mentor is responsible for working with children & youth with emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges to help reach their individual goals of improving interpersonal skills, emotional control, problem-solving skills so that they have a more purposeful and satisfying future.

Job Description/Duties:

  • Develop skills-based activities for the child/youth to increase healthy functioning
  • Develop activities aimed at reaching designated goals
  • Structured one-one strengths-based support to address daily living, social, and communication needs
  • Teach youth alternative coping strategies
  • Supervise youth’s practices of newly enhanced skills
  • Coach and support the youth
  • Participate in training sessions as directed
  • Participate in weekly supervision
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies to coordinate the youth’s care
  • Maintain client’s confidentiality
  • Obtain client’s insurance information
  • Accurately track units for each client and ensure submission of billing information is correct.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of experience working with children/adolescents/transition-age youth or/an associate degree in a human services field from an accredited school and one year of experience working with the target population or/a bachelor’s degree in a human service field from an accredited university and one year experience working with children/adolescents/transition-age youth
  • Have their own reliable & safe means of transportation

Job Description/Duties:
Community Support Program (CSP) connects clients with individual caseworkers to assist with day-to-day tasks.

  • Researching resources and community supports (with the member whenever possible)
  • Accessing resources and assistance with applications for those resources (with theMember whenever possible)
  • Assisting in researching and utilizing public transportation.
  • Assisting the Member in scheduling and attending behavioral health appointments.
  • Build linkages to natural support systems including family, friends, support groups,
  • community providers
  • Collaborating with other behavioral health providers to complement treatment planning.

Community Caring Clinic is seeking a passionate, empowering clinician to support clients within their diverse home environments utilizing the Wraparound model.

Community Caring Clinic is a new behavioral health clinic located in Boston, MA, which opened in July 2019 to serve disadvantaged and disenfranchised community members in Roxbury. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for underserved children, young people, families, and individuals to promote and strengthen their mental, spiritual, and physical health. We provide individual and group counseling, psychopharmacology, and in-home services in a variety of languages.

As an in-home clinician, you make a difference by providing family-driven in-home therapeutic services through the Wraparound Approach. You support the diverse and complex needs of clients and their entire family system by providing intensive weekly services, including caregiver coaching sessions and evidence-based individual and family sessions. You complete comprehensive assessments, develop a strength-based treatment plan in collaboration with the family, and assist caretakers during crisis through crisis intervention, safety planning, and communicating with Emergency Services when appropriate. You further support families through empowerment and advocacy while coordinating services with other treatment providers, including CBHI services, primary care physicians, schools. DCF, DYS, and DMH. English speaking or bilingual English/Spanish speaking or any other languages.

Your responsibilities include flexibility to accommodate the scheduling needs of families, meeting weekly productivity targets, maintaining up-to-date insurance authorizations, maintaining an up-to-date medical record, and participating in rotating on-call schedules to support families outside of regular business hours. You will be supported through ongoing training in the Wraparound Model, billing practices, exposure and collaboration with other community systems, training in evidence-based and trauma-informed models, and consistent weekly supervision.
